I travelled down to Leicester for the wedding of Chloe and Dave, which took place in a local chapel in the pretty village of Foxton. It was such a lovely, intimate ceremony amongst Chloe and Dave’s close family and friends. Such a perfect setting and very special since Chloe’s sister married in that same chapel earlier in the year.
Chloe, being a designer, hand drew and painted the stationary herself, it all looked beautiful with a botanical theme of flowers and nature. I loved it! Pretty much all of the little details were handmade by Chloe and her family which was a special touch.
Everything about Chloe and Dave’s day was just gorgeous, I loved how everyone had helped out in the setup of the reception venue, Foxton Village Hall, too. All of the personal touches made the day seem even more special. A handmade wedding cake, (by a past bakeoff winner herself, Fran!), flowers by a close friend, beautiful singing from Chloe’s sister and best man as guests entered the room, and Chloe’s grandad driving her to the ceremony, the day was just beautiful and everything flowed naturally. I love a good Ceilidh in the evening too!
