Fran & Sam – Middleton lodge north east wedding photographer

A flashback to 2014 now for the beautiful wedding of Francesca and Samuel, which took place at Middleton Lodge in North Yorkshire, England. A gorgeous country house in the middle of forests and fields, a very private and secluded spot, perfect for those wanting a venue just to themselves.

Fran and Sam are the cutest, funnest couple, and I absolutely love both of them. Francesca looked so beautiful in her Pronovias gown, with flowers that complimented it perfectly from the very talented Adam Prest. Most of the styling on the day was all hand made by Fran herself! I particularly loved the table names, named after guests who couldn’t be there, such a lovely touch.

It was a perfect day filled with dancing, good food, lovely people and lots of fireworks! I wish we could do it all again!

“The day goes in the blink of an eye and it is really easy to not take it all in. It really is the most special day and it is so important to enjoy every second…because you will spend the rest of your life green with envy over every single couple who announce their engagement! You will probably never have all of those beautiful people under the same roof again. Just love it!”

  • Sophie Barton - Hi, we are getting married in May next year in Northumberland. We already have a family friend doing some of the photos, mainly me getting ready then in the church and speeches afterwards back at the marquee but we are looking into having a second one who can go to the ushers lunch and do some more slightly professional pictures and stay throughout the night to capture guests dance and the sparklers at the end when we leave.
Could you please send me a quote.

    Many thanks

  • David Kitson - Hi Emily,
I hope you are well. We both have been admiring your photos and very much like your ideas. We were wondering what your availability is for our big day would be on 24th September? We are getting married at Bowes Museum near Barnard Castle so I think you could get some beautiful shots!
    Best regards
